Very pale, clear lemon, almost colorless. Very delicate aromas and flavors of apple, banana and melon. Refreshing on the pale with medium plus acidity and salt water taffy notes. Very good.

Lovely and beautifully balanced, though on the sweeter side. Round and soft. Pears and bubble gum with a slightly saline finish. Pleasant. Would buy again.

Spec's and Kome Collective Present: A Journey Through Japan (Specs Austin, TX (Brodie Lane)): Made using a brewer's yeast #9 sourced from a local brewery, rather than koji (fungus normally used in the fermentation brewing process). Great example of the Junmai Ginjo style.

I found this boring. Little fruit. Murky yeasty, umami-ish flavors.
