After couple of bottles that seemed past their prime this was the last bottle and it was still excellent. By now a dark yellow color and rich butter, honey, and canned pineapple on the nose and pallet. Could have been an old white burgundy. Very nice with a big bowl of moules and a baguette. You should not hold this one any longer.

A little past prime now. Deep golden in color. Very fat with apple and lemon on the nose. Apple, butter, toast, followed by a mineralality. Long finish with smooth acid still hanging on. Drink now as it is starting to oxidize past prime based on the last two bottles I had.

Huge step up from the regular bottling. Very deep nose of butterscotch, popcorn, creamy pear, and buttered toast. The palate is equally as rich. Tons of oak influence as well as malo. Acidity is soft, but it's there.

Slightly sweet on the nose and mouth. Super clean and crisp. Nice minerality, and not too much oak! This is a very nice effort.
