I bought this wine at a restaurant in Zürich, we could not empty it so I kept it in my fridge. Good decision, now it is has changed - and really not to the negative side 👍👍
N. Balanced, green, flowers and herbs, mineral, crunchy, a little bit Veltliner-like (freshness, white pepper) but not in a negative way
T. Smashy but good acid, nice spicy note, minerals, balanced; really good fruity notes, exotic, fresh and dryed…complex with long but alcoholic aftermath.
All indicators point to longevity 🤗 Warning: the wine is more a loner, combining with food is tricky, I just had some risotto with it, pulls it down…

Probably the best Grüner Veltliner I ever had. Needs some air, was even better on the second day. So much minerality, tropical fruit and depth. Drank this in Hotel Bergland in Sölden, Austria. Will try to get a hold of some bottles. Surely this can be cellared for many years.

Abit reductive right after opening, but with some air it's beatifully open and available. Complex nose with citrus, stone fruit, cured ham and a chalky minerallity. Very structured, high acidity, quite full body, bone dry, and a very long aftertaste. Very well made, everything is well integrated. Very complex, high consentration and very well balanced! This is an incredible wine.

short note - a bit reductive, cool stonefruit, peach, lime, greene apples, gfranit, high acidity and well structured, bergamot, well balanced and structured, very good quality, 90-91p

Nice acid, classic Riesling flavors, mostly dry.
