  • PnP. Still has a youthful color. Black cherries, dark raspberry, spice, some earthy notes and forest floor. Medium body, medium+ acidity, some tannins in the finish. Made from estate fruit, plus fruit from vineyards that border their estate vineyard. Pretty classic Ribbon Ridge profile. Seems like it's coming into its maturity window now, but this should drink well through 2027.

  • W salad from garden followed by BBQ sauce homemade pulled pork. Surprised how fast this opened. Long finish w that very Oregon characteristic dark fruit lingering on the tongue. Excellent. I have a few more. This will last a year or two but probably doesn't improve. Drink up if you're lucky enough to have these.
Note I love Pinot Noir so keep that in mind. I'll tend to overrated them! 😂

  • Lovely Pinot. Pours a medium ruby in the glass. Sour cherries with smooth underlying toasted cinnamon and a hint of vanilla (likely from the oak). Palate is medium body with wonderful acidity, very smooth and supple tannins. Finish is long with a kick of the fruit balanced by the acidity.

Very nice especially for the price. Would buy a case but I need to keep exploring! Drink now - 2025

  • We think it is balanced and showing well if you like the ribbon ridge style...which we do.

  • Medium-dark reddish garnet in color with a ever so slight purple tint. Full, forward & aromatic nose of ripe red cherries, blueberries & strawberries with overtones of floral notes of violets & spices, earthy/dusty, spices, tea, minerals & a slight hint of oak/vanilla in the background. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of dark cherries, blueberries & plums with spices, earthy, minerals & a hint of oak/vanilla. Drinks quite well at present but should develop further with additional aging. Very good QPR. BTW, there is no way this is a "85" rated wine unless it was an off bottle.
