  A melon yellow glass and a strong, intense scent of passion fruit already preview the palate excellently.
  The wine is like a homage to passion fruit - the same intense taste you experience eating a fresh one. It ist completed by gooseberry and grapefruit although they both don't transfer into the long lasting finish in the same way.
  The Sauvignon Blanc is a little bit off balance slightly in favour of the sweetness making it a likely companion a some fruity dessert or some asian dishes. Overall very intense and fruity but not to overpowering - a wine to enjoy.
