CdT Dinner (RCC): Nice clean champagne, served from white wine glasses, allowed for the typical brioche, nuttiness to show through. Clean acidity and brightness balanced out well

(NV Pommery Champagne Brut Royal) Fresh, nutty, brioche nose; tasty, refreshing, tart sweet grapefruit with strong minerality; long finish (This went well with our amuse bouche, tuna tartare with grilled plum compote.)

Fairly simple, yeasty and green apple, slight nuttiness.

Tasting at winery, looked like a nearly full bottle so a PnP, from small glass. 10g
🐽 Slightly brioche, apple cider
👅 very juicy, bread, apple, a touch of white peach. Soft texture.
A good easy drinking crowd pleaser, simple, and good QPR. Would buy on occasion.
