Tasting note reference from Chandon: Yellow hues with flecks of green, very fine bead and persistent mousse. Aromas of grapefruit typical of Whitlands, blend with Mirabelle plum classic Strathbogie Pinot Noir flavour, overlaying praline and fresh toast characters derived from age and time on yeast lees. Citrus zest, pink grapefruit and white peach fruits with hazelnut and toast characters. The palate has very fine bubbles and long, tight acidity.

Crisp green apple and green brule yeast. Slight lemony finish. A fine acidity.
