A solid Alexander Valley Cab, dark cherry with some oaky vanilla notes and hint of mineral. Ripe soft tannins and a long fruity finish. Did pair well with steak.

Very similar in style to its 2014 sibling, Reynoso's 2015 Cabernet is an opaque crimson wine with an attractive core of tarry black cherries, dark bramble fruits, baking spices, bittersweet chocolate and licorice. Medium-to-full-bodied, fresh and with well-integrated alcohol (listed as 13.7%), it wraps its ripe fruit with plentiful fine-grained tannins and a complementary amount of creamy oak. With good mid-palate density and a smooth, medium-length finish, this is another luscious serving of fermented Alexander Valley fruit. Drink now-2025.

Solid well made Cab from Alexander Valley. Bold red fruit and slightly grippy tannins.

Nice, cherry with definite mineral flavor. Wonder If some addl aging might soften some of the mineral flavor
