Nice nose of tangerine oil, white flowered, and white peach. Opened this to pair with jalepeno mango chicken and it was a nice match. Enough sweetness to combat the heat of the dish with plenty of acidity to refresh the palate

Final wine of a 5-wine blind tasting of white wines from the Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Sommelier Examination Grape Varieties & Growing Regions.
Color was gold. Nose exhibited aromatic flowers, green apple, stone fruit and baked bread and petrol. Fruit was tart and ripe. On the palate, fruit seemed tart, with ginger and honeyed, with a waxy mouthfeel; strong petrol like burning tires. Mineral finish. This wine was medium sweet with moderate plus to high acid. Very nice expression of German Spatlese Riesling. This could easily age another 15-20 years, but very enjoyable now.

Drank on the boat yesterday with Michelle and Kelly. We all really loved it and it was gone quickly. Very good!
