Drying and sooo tropical banana 7 up before an intense sour mineral finish which is needded.. .the 2015 I had recently just seemed much more classic..just opened really cold...already complexity lime,pear taffy....killer.. Acid through the ceiling of the roof of your mouth but shows pears,sliced peaches on nose... Thick and peachy day 3 the acids here but no longer in your face awesome stainless...kernel and lees too
