  • This German Riesling has significant residual sugar, but the explicit sweetness is amply balanced by vivid acidity and a creamy texture. A classic exploration of a high acidity with bright citrus, juicy apple, and low alcohol level of 8.5%, where fermentation is interrupted by killing the yeast, usually by chilling the wine. Very enjoyable by itself and broadly with many foods.
