  Magnum: Medium (-) ruby colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe strawberry, ripe raspberry, ripe red cherry, forest floor, mushrooms, charred wood and violet. Medium taste of ripe strawberry, ripe raspberry, ripe red cherry, forest floor, mushrooms, charred wood and mocha. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium (-) tannins. Medium body. A very good Mercurey Rouge from magnum bottle. Much less developed than the normal bottle from the same vintage. Needed two hours of air to open. Drink now and until at least 2028. Goes well with duck, mushrooms, pork or veal.

  Regular bottle: Pale ruby colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe strawberry, ripe raspberry, forest floor, mushrooms, orange peels wet leaves and black pepper. Medium taste of ripe strawberry, ripe raspberry, forest floor, mushrooms, wet leaves, charred wood and black pepper. Long and dry finish. High acidity. High acidity. Light tannins. Medium body. A very good Mercurey Rouge from a single vineyard. Much more developed than the magnum bottle. Needed an hour to open. Drink now. Goes well with duck, pork, poultry or veal.

  Pale ruby with garnet edges. Medium and developing nose with ripe raspberry, ripe red cherry, forest floor, wet leaves, mushrooms, charred wood, sweet spices and black pepper. Medium taste of ripe raspberry, ripe red cherry, forest floor, wet leaves, mushrooms, charred wood, sweet spices and black pepper. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Light tannins. Medium body. A very good single vineyard Mercurey Rouge that was much more developed than the 2018 and 2019 vintages. Needed an hour of air to open. Drink now. Goes well with duck, pork, poultry or veal.

  Fin mørk rød gjennomsiktig rubin.
  Pinotfrukt dukker frem - litt sjenert.
  Flott syre, grei konsentrasjon. Lettbeint men samtidig fin fylde.
