France Trip; 6/29/2023-7/10/2023 (France (Paris, Burgundy, & Champagne)): Incredibly balanced. Beautiful champbolle nose, very perfumed and aromatic. Notes of the whole clusters but nothing strong, especially as the wine opened. Red fruits. Delicious. Not a long finish or very complex wine. Very easy to enjoy. Acidity or alcohol never showed through
Some reduction that lifts to reveal sweet berry fruits and rose petals. It is delicate and refined but lacks no structure, finishing with a gentle flex of sinewy muscle.

Read that this is the last vintage to be made as the parcel was being rented and had been taken back by the grower
