First guy to plant Pinotage in Elgin. Grapey on the nose with a touch of SA funk to the nose. Produced in an elegant fashion. But does have that touch of burnt rubber running through it. Soft and elegant but with a high end sizzle of acidity. 12 months of all new French oak but the oak doesn't dominate it. Lots of sizziling acidity to the back end.
