  Pale gold clear viscous, legs on glass. Citrus, mineral nose. Sadly a big wine and we had on a very hot day with temp of 34C, so I don’t think we had the real character of the wine. However with cooling the wine and with the temp drop later in the day it’s true character came out. Very good, not the best grand cru Chablis I’ve had but as I got it on special offer at £35, cant be bad
