After 2.5 years in the bottle still 100%, which is very nice for a cider / cidre.
Good, fresh with the appropriate sweetness, somewhat simple and short, but good.

It offers you more at a higher temperature (and after some air ?).
Now very good stuff, with the right and nice sweetness, which is integrated very well, enough and nice acidity, little bit complex and with a suitable length.
    Lovely food 'wine'.
I was in doubt between 89 and 90/100, but it misses some complexity to give it a 90/100 or more.
