  While I normally review only wines from my cellar (with some exceptions), I thought it worth dropping a note about this very special wine that we consumed at a function this week. Of course, the tertiary sinews that will develop in this Grand Cru are years away. And I admittedly am a T-M admirer. But it was nonetheless a really pleasant surprise to encounter the perfumed, light red berry nose, that was just so elegant, and the pale, very feminine aide of Chambertin . It drank very smoothly throughout the course. If you have more than one, this is a special one to open now.

  short notes from tasting at accent wine: earthy white mushroom, hints of floral notes on the palate, slight bitter vegetal note. elegant

  The wine tries to show as the name - charm, but also has a tighter tones that gives the aromas a good complex expression. Raspberries, cool cherries, seductive violet and graphite along with tight saltiness. Also light mushroom edge. Full bodied and fresh wine with pronounced crisp mouthfeel. Pretty fruit of cherry, plum skin, leather and with a great spice tone. Pronounced good minerality. Good structure and acidity. Solid but balanced tannins. Lovely finish. Delicious refined wine! 94 points.
