    처음 따랐을 때는 시트러스향이 지배적이고 중간이 빈듯한 느낌
    시간이 지남에 따라 유산발효의 미끈한 느낌과 오크통의 버터리한 느낌이 나면서 산도가 뒤따라옴
    레지오날급의 와인이지만 복합미나 느낌이 굉장히 좋았음
