Nose shows a good balance of dark fruit and floral notes, with subtle oak and spice. Medium-bodied palate, with moderate tea-like tannin, finishing with punchy acidity. Flavours of blackberry, strawberry, and fennel seed. Nothing about this wine really jumps out of the glass, but it's well-balanced, and seems like it would reward further analysis.
