  Took an hour in decanter for it to open up properly. Cabernet took the front seat. A nice blend.

  colour dense impenetrable black , garnet to clear on the rim 15/15
  nose intense dominate black fruits with dark chocolate , cassis cedar oak spices vanilla / coconut liquorice great depth of aromas 28/30
  Palate full bodied all the flavours from the nose , oak seems to dominate the palate with grippy tannins , very long silky finish , balanced acidity. 41/44
  overall , still a pup , classic cabernet with the merlot providing some softness / elegance , still got some way to go to reach it’s drinking window . These notes written after being opened for 2 days 10/11

  Deep garnet with slightly lighter rim. Nose of blackberry, bramble, wood spice, cinnamon. Palate of black fruit, but many secondary flavours of oak and spice. Very soft tannins and well integrated. High complexity and long finish. Had two bottles over space of 6 months and both drinking very well.
