  Flat out stunning Pinot. Really expressive nose with cola, cherry, and cedar and fern. Medium minus acid. Flavors include same as the smell with addition of cocoa (makes me recall some specific chocolate dessert that I can't quite put my finger on), strawberry, and more earthy elements. I will definitely be getting more! Better than several $40-50+ pinots I have had.
  Second bottle was also great but previous rating of 93 may have been just a bit generous. Paring back to 92, but still a stunning wine and incredible value..

  Absolutely amazing Pinot! We visited the winery in Napa and was real impressed, this Pinot needed to breath for a bit and was ridiculously smooth, very fruity finish. Fantastic Pinot for $25

  Fabulous color, dark garnet crimson, but with a luminescence that sparkles. I give this one an 89 primarily for the clear, clean oak flavor that hits mid-palette. The fruit is somewhat forward, and with that clean oak note resonating, the finish is round and moderate. The acidity is present, but sneaks in without disrupting things. The tannins are bit tight still and I look forward to another bottle in a year or two. This is a terrific wine at a great price point that punches above its weight.
