  • Appearance: medium gold.
    Nose: medium plus intensity; aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, peach skin, fresh apricot, blossom, pastry, toast, honey, subtle marzipan.
    Palate: dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium plus flavour intensity, lemon, marzipan, some popcorn come through. The finish is medium plus.
    Overall, it’s a very good wine. Can drink now, has potential for further ageing.

  • Colour slightly more colour than I was expecting med lemon , green hues, clear and sparkling 15/15
    Nose med intensity yellow apple, meyer lemon, citrus peel, chalky, fresh butter, leesy, sea spray , oyster shell , white blossom florals good balance 28/30
    Palate med bodied flavours from the nose , racy acidity, creamy mouthcoating texture, super long lasting finish. 41/44
    Overall still developing , building intensity and complexity , best days are ahead 5-10 years 9/11
