    from 15 ha of schiste, slate soil on the South bank of the Douro
    between Pinhão and Tua at 150-250 m. sustainably farmed.
    Manual harvest into 25 kg boxes. Selected, fully de-stemmed and crushed.
    Long fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
