  Notably pale garnet with some bricking. The aromas are bright and lifted with notes of unripe strawberries and cranberries, a splash of red-wine vinegar, hints of green stems and a few mustard seeds. On the palate distinctly light-bodied at 12,5 % abv, with refreshing acidity supported by acceptable volatility, a fluid silky texture and the very lightest of tannins. Finishes with decent grip and good length. Obviously not the easiest vintage, though enjoyable for what it is - a red that drinks almost like a white. Now and over the next two.

  Decanted. Now 1.5h later. Initially some VA on nose and palate. Now lovely aromas of green stems, bark, herbs, tart red cherries, and hint of VA. Palate w mild VA, tart cherries and cranberries, herbs, and a bit of green stems. Finishes w.fruit, earth, and VA.
