  • This is really good, especially for the price. Lots of raspberry, strawberry, cherry, blackberry, and plum fruit, but with enough acidity to make it lithe and good with food. I get chocolate, leather, smoke, and spicy garrigue on the finish along with stemmy tannins, like a whole cluster sort of taste. You can taste the soil here too. It tastes like a Syrah, but is still very bright. I love that. Great match with BBQ chicken. Has plenty of life left, but drank well now after about an hour of air. I should buy more of these bottles.

43 $ SAQ.

  • Black olives, black pepper, and blueberries all jump out of the glass.

Medium acid and low tannin keep everything juicy/fresh.

My favorite domaine from the northern Rhone. This is seriously delicious stuff. Wish it was easier to find...

  • Medium to full-bodied.
Fruit forward , linear, red fruits prominent Witt raspberries, strawberries, cherries, leather in the backdrop, hot & spicy.
    Richer texture than Equinoxe.
Long finish . Soft tannins for a 2018. Smooth gentle palate. Still very young, will be better with age.
