  3 hours of aeration in decanter suggested. Bright, snappy red/dark red fruit, with solid depth and typicity of place and grape. Fine, sweet and nicely ripe tannins lend this the perfect complement to the fresh acids and nicely ripe fruits. Each sip was better than the previous one right through the final glass. Traditional vinification, with three years in Slavonian oak, followed by HOLD for another 2-4 years. At its peak, it should be highly recommended, a great exception to an otherwise mediocre vintage.

  Pleasant reticence, compact, and notably precise. Very young, judiciously oaked, and built for the long haul. The whole package! Let it rest for several years. Likely to improve. 92-93.
