  Light golden yellow perhaps faintest tinge of green. Expensive oak on the nose which I do not find off putting. This blows off yet aromas are muted although there is a little cream, green melon, and sea breeze. It is medium bodied, with slightly oily viscosity and a rounded texture that leads the way to a savoury core that is not v fruity at all but neither is it minerally, yet it is quite delicious. A lot more serious than I was expecting. Impressive. BTG.

  Displays good minerality, but still surprisingly tight. I will revisit in a year or two.
