  Smooth, mature Pinot Noir. Tannin seemed largely gone. Notes of plum in the mouth.

  14.5% alcohol. Bright red cherry. A ripe, voluptuous bouquet, full of black cherry and baking spice, with a touch of minerals. In the mouth, initially black cherry fruit overwhelmed by heat. Cooled down in the refrigerator for a little bit, and it showed better. Pure black cherry fruit bolstered by baking spice and good acidity. Still a touch of heat on the finish. But a pretty, easy-drinking wine. B+
