  Slight reduction note to start with. Faint edge of pineapple on the palate. Some apricot. Some orchard fruit. Baking spice. Really long and restrained.
  
  Had this again recently (2021-09) - and the note is similar. Perhaps a little more rounded. Some very pleasant reduction on the nose. Thought the light pineapple-tropical note in background went really well. Very well made.
