  A lovely, dry yet lush Agiorgitiko. Raspberry, nice minerality with medium-grained tannins.

  First night: this was so tight, i returned the decanted bottle to the bottle, corked and put in fridge.
  
  Second night: Interesting and evolving nose of mulberies, spicy black raspberries and a little wood spice. Not particularly expressive on the palate, but this is dense and heavy and brooding. There's a layered feeling to the substantial tannin. Having so little experience with this varietal, I'm just not sure how this will age. This is certainly a serious wine, but will it ever come into its own? 91+?

  Easy drinking and luscious. Plenty of ripe red fruit, medium tannins and acidity, more like merlot than agiorgitiko. The french oak is there but never takes centre stage. The high alcohol value is well hidden. This wine is a winner.
