  Intense lemon, a bit of reduction, and a floral-anise note on the nose. Hits the mouth like a sock full of rocks — Lemon, red apple, apple peel, pineapple, salty mineral, smoky reduction and a bit of butter grapefruit pith. Rich texture, without any oak influence. Not a subtle or elegant wine, but full of life and surprisingly density of flavor at just 12.3% alc.

  13.5% - Clear, med to light lemon / clean, med+ intensity - ripe lemon, honeysuckle, freshly cut greens, cheese rind, nutty with a spice kick / dry, med+ acidity, med body with a creamy texture, med intensity with a persistent finish. Better on the second day.

  2nd bottle liked even more. Butterscotch, well balanced with some acidity. Nice mouthfeel and long finish.

  Nez sur les fruits exotiques, petite touche verbale en arrière plan & légère trame florale. Une petite note de pierre à fusil complétés un bouquet frais & singulier.
  Bouche tendu, texturé, le fruité exotique est perceptible, petit arôme de pomme verte. La finale est longue, légère impression oxidative, notes salines. c'est salivant. Somme toute agréable & singulier. Impression rocailleuse forte.

  Particles float in this wine, scents of corn and white flowers, medium to full bodied, not weighty, acid gives it lift, bright with good energy, racy, lemon peel, liliquoi, mineral and white peach, mouthwatering, delicious overall, lots of tartness
