Very glad I kept our last bottle an extra year as it's added some nice complexity and smoothed and thickened the edges. Nose wafts peach and apricot nectars, Jello vanilla pudding, tangerine zest, and saline. Medium bodied with thick, somewhat acid that's integrated nicely. Flavors include zesty lemon and lime, white peach, Asian bear, slate, and white pepper.

Textured and vibrant pinot blanc with an unknown quantity of chardonnay mixed in. (Not just unknown to me - John Paul says he has to throw some chardonnay in the pinot blanc tanks once the chard tanks are full. Apparently it's anywhere between 2 and 20%).
Great tingly acidity. This opens up a lot over a couple of days. Could certainly age gracefully, but its youthful vitality is hard to pass up. Good value.

Pours hazy yellow, almost the hue of a golden delicious. Lovely nose - pears, apple, orange blossom. Floral notes too. The fruit tastes warm to start - apples and apricot lead, growing brighter with air. Lots of citrus through the finish and a fresh saline note too. Nicely acidic. Really enjoyable.

Crystal clear with a light lemon tinge. Dry, lightly tart with a hint of rs, apple and some melon.
