  • A very classy village Gevrey - dark, pitched aromas of cherries that are high toned and taut. On the palate, a packed wine crammed with flavors of dark cherries, damp earth and spices. Pretty, elegant and balanced - should evolve nicely for many years, but you can pop a cork now with a little bit of decanting. A very fine match with the Beef Provencal dish on a cold winter's day.
