A private dinner (Restaurant Coulisse, Amsterdam, NL): Biodynamic viticulture, aged for two years on oak (ouillé), 13% ABV. A wonderfully gastronomic wine, salted lemon and touches of wood and earth, savoury, rich but fresh, perfect weight, great character but not in the least overbearing, hint of nuttiness on the finish. This is why I love Jura.
