  From Premeaux-Prissey, close to Nuits Saint Georges. Very pale ruby color. A tad shy, aromas of gun smoke, strawberry, vanilla and florality. Satin texture, very crisp on the palate. Surprises with bright strawberry on entry, but quickly morphs into cranberry in the mid-palate as the acids emerge and finishes with satisfying earthiness. Lovely bargain-priced Burgundy.
