made by saignée method but not strict. The grapes were grown for rosé specifically so not signee in strictest sense.
A: Medium pink (longer skin contact here than Provence ) N: Strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, banana. The wine is simple. P: Dry, medium acid, medium alcohol and body, medium (+) intensity and medium finish. C: Most rose is light to medium (-) body. This is unusually weighty. Good quality., The alcohol needs better integration but a half point is awarded for balance and a full mark for intensity. The wine is made for early drinking. The preservation of primary aromas and modest acid makes this unsuitable for ageing.
65% grenache 15% syrah 15% Mourvèdre 5% Others

Lovely night red color. Synthetic strawberry juice. Quite spicy and bitter aftertaste. Nice acidity.
