Rockss and Fruit

  • By Lyle Fass

(Schloss Gobelsburg Zobinger Heilingenstein Riesling TBA) Man what a wine and it's hella cheap for a TBA . . . Nose of paint varnish, honeyed apricots and lots of botrytis. Just insane in the mouth with a texture akin to yogurt but the acids arrive like a waterfall on the finish that does not end. And the fruit . . enough for 20 bottles of Spatlese. What a twisted beverage TBA is.
