NV from 2016, disgorged Dec 2018, late release after another 12 months in bottle. Maybe too Extra Brut to me, with lean, lithe character. All three grapes shining well enough with good depth. Another example of where a little more dosage would go a long way.

V2016 - Sommpicks late release, disgorged December 2018, 40% Chardonnay 35% Pinot Noir 25% Pinot Meunier; a complex nose with yeasty, citrusy, green apple, toasted almond and mineral scents that lead to a racy, effervescent burst of pear, drying citrus rind and toast flavors that last on the finish. 92
