Less enrapturing than my last bottle. Bright with lovely strawberry character, but lacked much depth. This overflowed when I first opened it so its possible this was an off bottle but it was by no means unpleasant.

Sommpicks version. V2014, extended 12 month aging. DG July 2018 with an interesting blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 10% Vin Rouge. Pours a light pink. This is loaded with juicy fruit. Strawberry and pear, with a medium bread/toastiness. Good acidity, minerality, and overall just delicious!

Um, whoa -- this is super good! Opened and let breathe & warm up for ~60 minutes. Pours a beautiful blood orange reddish hue, with tiny streaks of bubbles. Great mouthfeel, soft and fluffy, with a biting acidity that really lights it up. Floral notes, strawberries, a bit of cream. Great mineral quality. Bought another bottle before I could finish my glass.
Thanks to the taster below who listed the blend -- it's not listed anywhere on the label that I could see.

Sommpicks edition / base 2014 / late release / disgorged July 2018 / 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 10% Vin Rouge; very strawberry, mineral and yeast driven nose that leads to an impeccably balanced, juicy strawberry, cherry, toast and mineral flavored palate that carries into the long finish. Downright delicious.

God I’m a sucker for well made and bone dry rose. Some sweetness but not really. Creamy strawberry, yeast, mint, and mineral.
