Roagna Barolo Tasting: Disgorged Oct 2018, Dosage 3g/L. High tone notes of Ripe apple and polish, dense in the mouth with lingering finish. First time trying this maker, impressive cuvée.

This bottle was a gift from from a friend. 100% Chardonnay from Cumières. Disgorged June 2019. 1g/l dosage. Previously had the 2006. This was the leanest of the 3 Champagnes that we had over the weekend. Notes of lemon zest, green apple and yeast. Aggresive bead with solid acidity. 92 points.
