Very pale colour with just a hint of copper. Fragrant, floral nose with white peach emerging. Off-dry with subtle fruit developing as it warmed in the glass. White peach, and tropical fruits including pineapple, with some apricot and other stone fruit flavours. Gentle citrus notes (orange and orange pith) but with restrained acidity. Surprisingly long in the mouth with salinity and ‘toffee’ on the lips long after tasting. This wine was a great surprise to us. It seemed disappointingly bland and simple when first served (my wife pulled a face when first tasting it). It needed time (and to warm well above serving temperature) before it began to show its complexity and subtle but ever-changing character and we both enjoyed it greatly. Do not judge it too soon or too cold and don’t jump to conclusions - give it time. I have always enjoyed Pinot Noir from Oregon but it is expensive in UK. This is a totally different vinification of the grape but provides a fascinating and unexpected wine which is not cheap but is good value. This is a reminder that other white wines are also based on red grapes (not least Champagne). 90+

A lovely white Pinot Noir (93٪ Pinot Noir & 7% Pinot Blanc) that is quite aromatic with beautiful aromas of honeysuckle, melon, and hints of vanilla. Melon notes continue onto the pallate along with a honeycomb sweetness and slatey minerality into a surprisingly long finish. Paired great with a creamy alfredo & spicy arugula pasta. My first time having a white Pinot Noir, and I must say I've definitely been missing out! [6/14/21]

Retail $24. 93% Pinot Noir, 7% Pinot Gris. Every time I taste a white Pinot Noir, I wonder why more producers don't go this route. If they ever do, they should follow Left Coast's lead. Just a touch of color under this screw cap, few would guess that this comes from a red grape. White peach, acacia flower on the nose with nice fruit, fantastic acidity, and balance. Very nice. thedrunkencyclist.com

Floral nose, good tart fruit, nice acidity. Paired with mushroom risotto and backed haddock and it was a nice match.
