Green apple, cranberry and dirt. Nose is pretty with floral scents but the palate is tart and the finish is long and funky. Could be fruity and fun with a different grape (Gamay or any of the GSM) but then again I'm rarely a fan of PN.

Opaque cherry color. Nose is lively with cherry, light herbaceous hits, a touch of strawberry. Palate is med plus acid and low alcohol. Interesting mix of the cherry from the PN and the sharper tart apple of the PG with some floral notes. The PN slides of the tongue whole the PG lands hard in the middle back with an almost metallic taste. Not my favorite but a fun experiment to try.
