Not quite as vibrant as I remember it from before. Still excellent Chardonnay with minimal oakiness. Citrus and apricot notes with a minerality that enhances a crisp finish. Worked well with garlic-infused swordfish steaks, poached in Sicilian olive oil. The purity of the wine was an excellent match for the fish, and the acid balanced the oil.

Classic French chardonnay. Layers of flavors, minerality, little oak. Was good with a salmon dinner. Will be superb with a variety of sauced meat dishes.

Enjoyed with several quiches. Not quite as vibrant as earlier outings, but an excellent Cote d'Or bottle.
