  Nice and mellow kind of merlot. Hints of blackberry jam on the nose with a subdued palate of dark ripe fruit and a decent finish. However, the picture above is from an older bottle. Coppola changed it to a new one and I miss the old one. It had this pseudo etching that made it quite unique.
