Paul's 50th (?? steak house in the catskills): Initially a bit reticent, this opened up fairly quickly into a lovely floral, melony sort of viognier. Not quire the same as I remember it, but a lovely white to start the night.

Very rich, thick viognier, with honeysuckle, tiers of peaches, pears, orange rind with lush finish. Slightly sweet, but pleasurable.
