Unfortunately, my last bottle. A beautiful Sonoma cabernet opened on Thanksgiving. My son generally doesn't like red wines, but made a point to say this is one he liked.

Decanted for about an hour and drunk while watching Notre Dame annihilate Cincinatti in the BE tournament on their way to a 1 seed in the Big Dance. Anyway, just outstanding. Balanced. Still a little young. Typical rich CA cab flavor profile with a smooth, creamy mouth feel. Blackberry. Oak is integrated. Really an outstanding wine. It has a long life in front of it.

14.8% ABV. Popped and poured. Slightly translucent dark garnet in the glass. Somewhat oaky nose of caramel. Medium-full bodied with creamy oak, a tea note and dry black currant fruit. I would probably recommend consuming these over the next couple years.

Not nearly as good as the last bottle. Never opened up and showed anything. Decanted for about two hours.
