Still drinking well but should be consumed over the next year. Sea spray and white rock along with citrus, green melon, and leesy notes are offset by moderate acidity. Light, lively mouthfeel lead to a medium plus finish. Worked well with a assortment of hard cheeses and whole grain crackers.

Great wine with crab cakes and carrot-leek gratin. Very pale in color with little nose. Taste is medium body and sharply acidic. Enough to balance the sauce nantua I made with it. Great QPR

Light color and no nose. Taste starts with a cantaloupe and saline note and then morphs into a long acid and even more saline finish. I can almost taste the sea. Enjoyable easy drinker.

Crisp, light and refreshing, similar experience to the the prior bottle enjoyed in July 2020, except “leesy” notes are more notable in this bottle. Some very slight “petillance” as the wine sits in the chilling decanter, but completely harmless. I’d recommend enjoying by late 2022 or early 2023.

Solid. Drinking well. Great value. Seafood beast. I would prefer a stelvin to the plastic "cork". Cheers!
