  52% shiraz, 48% cab. Ripe dark plums, vanilla, cola. Intense and ripe without crossing the line into syrup/jam. Nothing prickly or cloying. Silky smooth and so delicious. Sure you could cellar, but why not just enjoy now?! (93 Excellent wine)

  Appearance: Clear medium ruby
  Nose: Med+ intensity, black cherry, red cherry, fig, raisin, violet, dried herbs, toast, nutmeg, cedar, chocolate, liquorice. Developing.
  Palate: dry, med+ intensity, acidity, med+tannins, fine grain, high alcohol, med+body, cherry notes prominent. Med+finish.
  Overall, very good wine. Warm climate Shiraz cab but made in a restraint style.
