pale ruby and slightly cloudy. light and juicy with a pomegranate flavor and freshness for days. stoutly balustered with fine dry tannins on the back. palate on these gea wines always lively.

Very light/pale ruby. At first opening super barnyardy that eventually blew off - still had hints of it but could get some notes of red fruit & mushroom. Decent acidity - light bodied with a little bit of black cherry, pomegranate, damp soil, rotten leaves. Interesting (physically) bottle & winemaker that I may try a different wine but I'm not reaching for this one again.
