  Lovely red blend that went down very nice. Great for sipping alone and certainly went well with the chili pasta I made. Didn't last long but the last couple of ounces I three into the brown rice mushroom risotto I was making. Perfect.

  Sipped early March 2020 - very sparse notes
  I'm sorry, Oscar & Claudia, that I didn't make better/more notes.
  None on first evening.
  
  Second, as I sipped a bit without food: dry, spices, moderate tannins, moderate linger
  With chile relleno, softer and smoother, some peppery-spice heat.
  Third evening - again, no notes.
  
  I'll try to do better next time! ;-) I'm so happy that NY allows me to purchase a few of your wines. Must figure some way to get another bottle of your 10 yr. Tawny Port, as your drool-worthy appetizer suggestions have enticed me to sip away at the bottle I've been hoarding!
